Lead a small team of squad leads to scale engineering capability while maintaining quality, reliability and regulatory compliance. Provide hands-on technical leadership for payments, money movement, interest and fee systems; drive architecture, engineering standards, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure systems are correct, auditable, resilient and scalable while coaching leaders and keeping management overhead low.

Lead Moneybox's brand and creative function, owning brand guidelines and assets, managing a team across Brand Design, Motion, Creative Strategy and Production, developing tooling to scale output, driving cross-channel campaign strategy and product launch rollout, partnering with Paid Marketing for data-driven optimisation, and leading brand research and tracking to measure and improve brand outcomes.

Lead strategy and delivery for Wealth Propositions and Guidance within Core Product. Define financial planning frameworks, run experiments, build personalised guidance journeys, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with Decisioning, UX and senior stakeholders to drive customer financial health, retention, and assets under administration.

Lead end-to-end product design for in-product messaging and customer experiences across native iOS, Android and responsive web. Translate data and research into measurable, user-centered solutions, contribute to design systems, prototype and validate with users, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content and Brand to drive clarity, conversion and long-term engagement.

Support Front and Middle Office Treasury operations including daily cash placements, policy monitoring, bank relationship coordination, NII and rate forecasting, stress test data inputs, product scenario analysis, and preparation of committee reporting and governance materials.

Provide commercial legal support across the business: draft and negotiate IT and commercial contracts, advise on data protection and regulatory matters, update customer-facing terms, implement legal tech (AI-assisted review, CLM), manage external counsel, and deliver training while partnering with product, compliance and other stakeholders.

Lead design, build, and operation of cloud infrastructure and platform services in Azure. Own monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD improvements, cost optimisation, security and compliance controls, automation, runbooks, and mentoring to improve platform reliability and developer velocity.

Lead product development for Moneybox's Pension product, owning roadmap, discovery, requirements, and delivery. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance and stakeholders to improve onboarding, transfers, contributions, engagement and metrics. Use data and research to prioritise, iterate and ensure compliant, operationally robust customer experiences.

Own and deliver the People Operations roadmap, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, optimise processes for automation and AI, own HRIS and People tech integrations (HiBob), ensure compliance (including SMCR), partner with Finance/Payroll, oversee service desk and benefits execution, line manage a People Coordinator, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable People Operations and excellent employee experience.

Design, build and maintain automated analytics data systems and scalable datasets; own data processes, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver insights, promote analytics engineering best practices, and improve analytics tooling and pipelines.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a production personalization system for financial guidance. Translate research into production, design interfaces between learned and rule-based components, build prototypes, ensure reliability, explainability, observability and auditability, identify architectural risks, and guide engineering decisions across the AI team.
