Hands-on Senior QA Engineer responsible for ensuring quality across Moneybox products. Act as sole QA on squads, define testing and release strategies with stakeholders and Compliance, drive automation and AI tooling, assess test automation suitability, run cross-functional meetings, mentor QA team members, and represent the company externally.

Lead the first-line business risk and control function for advice and operations, owning control frameworks, integrated MI, outsourcing and vendor oversight, and resilience. Manage two managers (Advice Risk & Control, Operations Risk & Control), assure rules-based advice engine outputs, run QA and file-review programmes, oversee intra-group service arrangements and third-party providers, and provide concise decision-ready reporting to senior management, committees and the Board.

Lead marketing measurement and martech data infrastructure: design attribution and incrementality experiments, build marketing data products and dashboards, govern marketing data models and integrations, partner with analytics and engineering teams, and deliver actionable insights to support media planning and budget allocation.

Design high-quality, mobile-first product experiences across iOS, Android and responsive web. Own interaction, visual design, motion, and design system work; partner with Product, Content, Marketing and Engineering to turn data and research into measurable, accessible (WCAG AA) experiences that drive conversion and engagement.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs across email, in-app, push and on-platform messaging. Use segmentation and data to target users, run A/B tests, produce performance reports, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Insight teams to drive engagement, retention and cross-sell.

Lead Moneybox's treasury strategy, operations and governance; optimise liquidity and returns within risk appetite; drive automation, regulatory reporting (ICARA, MIF), counterparty relationships, KPIs and risk frameworks; advise C-suite on funding, M&A and IPO readiness; mentor and build a high-performing team.

Own and deliver the People Operations roadmap, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, optimise processes for automation and AI, own HRIS and People tech integrations (HiBob), ensure compliance (including SMCR), partner with Finance/Payroll, oversee service desk and benefits execution, line manage a People Coordinator, and manage vendor relationships to deliver scalable People Operations and excellent employee experience.

Lead product development for Moneybox's Pension product, owning roadmap, discovery, requirements, and delivery. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance and stakeholders to improve onboarding, transfers, contributions, engagement and metrics. Use data and research to prioritise, iterate and ensure compliant, operationally robust customer experiences.

Provide commercial legal support across the business: draft and negotiate IT and commercial contracts, advise on data protection and regulatory matters, update customer-facing terms, implement legal tech (AI-assisted review, CLM), manage external counsel, and deliver training while partnering with product, compliance and other stakeholders.

Lead design, build, and operation of cloud infrastructure and platform services in Azure. Own monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD improvements, cost optimisation, security and compliance controls, automation, runbooks, and mentoring to improve platform reliability and developer velocity.

Lead a small team of squad leads to scale engineering capability while maintaining quality, reliability and regulatory compliance. Provide hands-on technical leadership for payments, money movement, interest and fee systems; drive architecture, engineering standards, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure systems are correct, auditable, resilient and scalable while coaching leaders and keeping management overhead low.
