Create and deliver advertising, social, CRM, campaign, digital, and print creative for Moneybox. Develop concepts, produce polished assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, maintain design systems and brand consistency, manage smaller projects, and support larger campaigns. Collaborate with marketers, creatives, motion designers, and stakeholders while presenting ideas, managing deadlines, and ensuring accessible, high-quality brand experiences.

Own Moneybox’s end-to-end social media strategy and content engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Lead social-first content, influencer and creator partnerships, experiments, measurement, budget allocation, agency and creative studio collaboration, and cross-functional planning. Use customer insights, performance data, and AI tools to improve content and productivity. Represent social with senior stakeholders, champion best practices, and coach team members as the function grows.

Owner of day-to-day customer operations for transfers, payments, and LISA withdrawals. Provide proactive phone and email support, liaise with providers and solicitors, resolve mismatches, escalate issues, capture feedback, and drive operational improvements while supporting internal projects and teammates.

Lead business analysis for Moneybox’s Core Product domain, translating ambiguous priorities into requirements, process changes, options, and delivery plans. Own analysis across backend systems, operational workflows, third-party integrations, compliance, financial crime, and business architecture. Elicit stakeholder requirements, map current and future processes, produce audit-ready documentation, advise Product and Engineering, manage escalations, and support implementation in a regulated financial services environment.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs across email, in-app, push and on-platform messaging. Use segmentation and data to target users, run A/B tests, produce performance reports, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Insight teams to drive engagement, retention and cross-sell.

Lead and mature Moneybox's information security programme: set strategy, build a small high-performing security team, reduce risk across people, products, systems and third parties, run incident response, manage vulnerabilities and third-party risk, embed security into engineering and product, and report security posture to senior leadership.

Lead Moneybox's treasury strategy, operations and governance; optimise liquidity and returns within risk appetite; drive automation, regulatory reporting (ICARA, MIF), counterparty relationships, KPIs and risk frameworks; advise C-suite on funding, M&A and IPO readiness; mentor and build a high-performing team.

Provide commercial legal support across the business: draft and negotiate IT and commercial contracts, advise on data protection and regulatory matters, update customer-facing terms, implement legal tech (AI-assisted review, CLM), manage external counsel, and deliver training while partnering with product, compliance and other stakeholders.

Manage a live caseload of pension searches and transfers, proactively contacting providers and customers to locate and complete transfers. Work to daily conversion targets, run short operational experiments, and escalate stalled cases until closed. Communicate professionally by phone and in writing while learning pension processes quickly.

Lead marketing measurement and martech data infrastructure: design attribution and incrementality experiments, build marketing data products and dashboards, govern marketing data models and integrations, partner with analytics and engineering teams, and deliver actionable insights to support media planning and budget allocation.
