Optimize campaigns using CPA, customer value, ROI, and payback metrics while partnering cross-functionally with product teams, coaching junior marketers, and managing external partners.

Provides second-line compliance advice across financial products, customer journeys, communications, product governance, complaints, and regulatory change. Reviews FCA requirements, Consumer Duty considerations, fair value and target-market assessments, and customer outcome risks. Documents recommendations, supports governance forums, conducts horizon scanning, and constructively challenges business proposals while partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations.

Provide first-line technical support for employees, owning tickets through resolution while maintaining clear documentation and service levels. Manage access requests, onboarding and offboarding, device inventories, meeting-room technology, and internal knowledge resources. Support Mac, Windows, mobile devices, identity tools, and security controls, escalating complex issues when needed. Contribute to security, infrastructure, and automation projects in a hybrid London-based workplace technology team.
