Own and orchestrate Moneybox's 8-week engineering delivery cadence across squads: map dependencies, surface risks early using data, build centralised roadmap reporting, coach delivery leads, manage engineering workload data for financial planning, and coordinate high-severity cross-functional incidents to ensure predictable, visible delivery.

Owner of day-to-day customer operations for transfers, payments, and LISA withdrawals. Provide proactive phone and email support, liaise with providers and solicitors, resolve mismatches, escalate issues, capture feedback, and drive operational improvements while supporting internal projects and teammates.
