Support monthly close, prepare financial reports, manage fixed assets, prepare state and local tax filings, assist audits and budgeting, support inventory accounting and payroll, partner on internal controls and process improvements.

Manage billing and revenue cycle tasks for assigned agencies: prepare and submit electronic and paper claims, reconcile accounts, research/resubmit claims, resolve denials, perform audits, reduce backlogs, mentor junior staff, use Excel/CRM/SharePoint reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant, timely collections.

Support full-scope HR functions including onboarding, HRIS and I-9/E-Verify processing, employee relations (tier 1), benefits and leave support, file maintenance, offboarding low-risk terminations, and serve as first point of contact for employees and managers.

Administer and configure the HRIS (primary focus UKG Workforce Management/Dimensions), generate HR and payroll reports, ensure data accuracy and security, analyze HR/payroll processes, support users and troubleshoot system issues, document and train users, and research/test system enhancements and implementations.

Own assigned accounts as the primary point of contact, build strong client relationships, monitor customer health, reduce churn, manage implementations and escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, track success metrics, and ensure customers achieve value from the product.
