Partners with HR business partners and leaders to resolve concerns, improve HR programs, and promote retention. Requires HR knowledge, systems experience, communication, analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.

Supports comprehensive HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS and employee record maintenance, employee and manager support, tier-one employee relations, leave administration, compliance, engagement, offboarding, unemployment claims, and process improvement. Serves as a primary contact for HR-related questions and partners with HR business partners and leaders to resolve workplace concerns.

Leads revenue cycle improvement initiatives focused on accelerating collections, increasing cash velocity, reducing revenue leakage, and improving financial performance. Analyzes KPIs and large datasets, identifies root causes, optimizes workflows, manages payer escalations, and develops executive reporting. Partners with revenue cycle leaders and frontline teams to drive measurable results through process improvement, project leadership, and cross-functional influence.

Develop scalable analytics assets and serve as the Power BI/Microsoft Fabric expert. Build and publish trusted datasets, semantic models, and dashboards; author Databricks workflows and production SQL; apply R for statistical analysis; ensure governance, versioning, and reproducibility; partner with stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver high-impact insights, define KPIs, and communicate executive-ready recommendations.

Processes healthcare billing and revenue cycle tasks, including claims submission, reconciliation, denials, appeals, payment follow-up, audits, and aging account management. Prepares billing reports, resolves discrepancies, communicates with agencies and health plans, supports month-end close, and participates in process improvement. The role requires healthcare billing experience, Excel proficiency, familiarity with billing and electronic health record platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and accurate handling of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and other healthcare program requirements.
