Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, policy maintenance, HR reporting, compliance with Spanish employment legislation, and HR process improvement. The role requires independent judgment, strong stakeholder management, confidentiality, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Plan, coordinate and lead safe lifting operations during outages: produce lift plans, risk assessments and method statements; select and verify equipment; lead crane and rigging teams; ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and company procedures; investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical field support for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of large generators, gas and steam turbines and auxiliary systems. Perform on-site inspections, vibration and combustion analysis, RCA investigations, prepare technical reports and specifications, liaise with customers and suppliers, support RFQs/POs and new business proposals, and assist during planned and emergency outages.

Provide technical support and problem resolution for gas/steam turbines, generators and control systems; lead root-cause analyses, write technical reports/procedures, liaise between field and engineering, support outages/inspections, maintain customer relationships, and support sales/service proposals.

Provide on-site I&C technical leadership for turbine and generator outages, maintenance and commissioning. Perform instrumentation testing, calibration, repair, control system updates, supervise crews, implement quality and HSE procedures, and drive outage planning and continuous improvement.

Early-career engineer supporting design, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, commissioning and site implementation of control systems for gas/steam turbines, generators and auxiliary systems. Work includes industrial networking, control logic, cybersecurity tasks, technical documentation, and supporting sales/tender activities, with travel to power stations and occasional off-hours support.

Act as primary technical contact for customers on generator electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary systems. Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support for operation, maintenance, commissioning, and outages. Prepare technical reports and specifications, liaise between field, design, and procurement, maintain customer relationships, and represent the company during inspections and technical reviews. Travel internationally up to 50% and support urgent out-of-hours customer needs.
