Plan, coordinate and lead safe lifting operations during outages: produce lift plans, risk assessments and method statements; select and verify equipment; lead crane and rigging teams; ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and company procedures; investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical field support for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of large generators, gas and steam turbines and auxiliary systems. Perform on-site inspections, vibration and combustion analysis, RCA investigations, prepare technical reports and specifications, liaise with customers and suppliers, support RFQs/POs and new business proposals, and assist during planned and emergency outages.

Lead design, configuration, installation, programming, commissioning and support of industrial control systems for gas/steam turbines, generators and auxiliaries. Troubleshoot hardware/software/HMI, implement cybersecurity and digital solutions (TOMONI), mentor engineers, provide customer technical advisory, and support sales proposals while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
