Lead and perform hands-on mechanical and electrical generator maintenance during outages. Supervise third-party technicians, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, conduct inspections and electrical testing, and contribute to outage planning, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for generator mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot and commission equipment, lead root-cause investigations, produce technical reports and specifications, liaise between field teams, customers, procurement and engineering, and support outages and proposal activities.

Provide technical support and problem resolution for gas/steam turbines, generators and control systems; lead root-cause analyses, write technical reports/procedures, liaise between field and engineering, support outages/inspections, maintain customer relationships, and support sales/service proposals.
