Manage national demo fleet (asset tracking, inspections, maintenance, transport coordination, invoice closeouts) and drive RFI/RFQ/RFP execution (data collection, uploads, margin/deal analysis). Maintain and analyze past bid data to identify trends, produce reports, and implement process improvements to increase bid win rates and visibility.

Design and test mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for new product development using CAD (Creo), create drawings, BOMs, ECOs, and support manufacturing, service, and suppliers.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing using MRP/ERP systems. Create and maintain production orders, analyze inventory, track production progress, report to stakeholders, and provide administrative support including Material Review Board activities and forklift model plate programming.

Designs and executes test plans for connected/telematics systems at bench, HIL, and vehicle level. Develops test procedures, performs CAN data collection/analysis, validates wireless technologies (RTLS, UWB/BLE, RFID), leads DFMEA and test readiness, troubleshoots field issues, coordinates with firmware, hardware, suppliers, and truck development teams, and documents test results and corrective actions.

Design and develop AGV-based intralogistics solutions: gather customer requirements, create technical specifications and designs, collaborate with sales, engineering, integrators and partners, and hand off designs for implementation while meeting delivery deadlines.

Design and implement scalable enterprise data and lakehouse architectures; build and optimize cloud-based ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines for high-volume telematics/IoT data; integrate enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, service/warranty); prepare and enrich data for analytics, predictive maintenance, and AI/RAG applications; collaborate on governance, security, observability, and DataOps practices.

Lead data-driven electrification consulting for electric fleet sales: evaluate sites, design battery/charger and energy-storage solutions, support truck sales teams and dealers, drive battery and charger sales, and act as internal electrification subject-matter expert. Frequent travel to customer sites (up to 75%).

Lead the FP&A team to manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership; support strategic initiatives, system enhancements, ad-hoc analyses, and due diligence for investments and acquisitions.
