Leads production and supplier quality activities to reduce defects, warranty claims, scrap, and early failures. Investigates supplier issues, manages corrective actions, administers PPAP requirements, supports MRB activities, and maintains supplier quality systems. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, warranty, and suppliers to resolve problems and improve performance. The role operates in office and manufacturing environments and includes 10%–30% supplier or dealer travel.

Manages cross-functional new product development launches from design approval through ready-to-ship authorization. Leads engineering, manufacturing, sales, and production teams; creates schedules, manages risks and budgets, coordinates resources, oversees regulatory testing and production readiness, maintains project documentation, and communicates project status. Also supports continuous improvement and lifecycle management of non-NPP projects for connected, energy, and assisted technology products.

Develops and maintains SQL Server databases, database architectures, integrations, and SSIS/SSRS solutions. Responsibilities include designing physical and logical data structures, optimizing queries, supporting ETL and server-to-server integrations, documenting processes, ensuring backup and high availability, monitoring system health, maintaining source control, and meeting GDPR and JSOX compliance requirements. The role collaborates with application developers, network administrators, business analysts, and vendors while providing operational support.

Own the technical strategy, architecture, integration, validation, and lifecycle management of embedded software for connected forklift and ADAS solutions. Lead development and releases for telematics, LiDAR, AI camera, and UWB systems; manage suppliers and stakeholders; conduct SIL/HIL testing; troubleshoot production issues; and ensure performance, quality, reliability, and safety compliance.

Lead the FP&A team to manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership; support strategic initiatives, system enhancements, ad-hoc analyses, and due diligence for investments and acquisitions.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing using MRP/ERP systems. Create and maintain production orders, analyze inventory, track production progress, report to stakeholders, and provide administrative support including Material Review Board activities and forklift model plate programming.

Designs and executes test plans for connected/telematics systems at bench, HIL, and vehicle level. Develops test procedures, performs CAN data collection/analysis, validates wireless technologies (RTLS, UWB/BLE, RFID), leads DFMEA and test readiness, troubleshoots field issues, coordinates with firmware, hardware, suppliers, and truck development teams, and documents test results and corrective actions.
