Manages customer projects involving scope, budgets, schedules, systems integration, quality, resources, procurement, risks, and stakeholder communications. Leads project specifications, forecasting, financial variance mitigation, change orders, customer deliverable acceptance, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Contracts. Performs hands-on mechanical and electrical testing of electric and internal-combustion forklifts. Develops test plans, cases, scripts, automated fixtures, and custom setups; conducts performance, functional, and durability tests; analyzes results; troubleshoots issues with cross-functional teams; and maintains test documentation and reports.
