Manage national demo fleet (asset tracking, inspections, maintenance, transport coordination, invoice closeouts) and drive RFI/RFQ/RFP execution (data collection, uploads, margin/deal analysis). Maintain and analyze past bid data to identify trends, produce reports, and implement process improvements to increase bid win rates and visibility.

Provide day-to-day administration and system support for compensation and benefits programs, manage HRIS job/position data, administer benefit enrollments and COBRA, process invoices, support open enrollment and program implementations, respond to employee inquiries, maintain job description library and reports, and assist on Compensation & Benefits projects.

Analyze pricing and market trends across products, regions, and dealers; build data models and reports for pricing recommendations, forecasts, lost-order analysis, and market participation; maintain quoting data integrity; support sales agreements; and assist development of ML tools to automate customer comparisons.
