Coordinates OEM service-parts development and availability across parent and sister companies. Reviews parts bills of materials, supersessions, engineering orders, and part changes; supports purchasing, vendor management, inventory decisions, and sourcing replacement suppliers. Develops reporting systems, analyzes truck population data, maintains parts coverage for long-term service needs, and identifies alternative service-part opportunities. The role requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint comprehension, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Performs hands-on mechanical and electrical testing of electric and internal-combustion forklifts. Develops test plans, cases, scripts, automated fixtures, and custom setups; conducts performance, functional, and durability tests; analyzes results; troubleshoots issues with cross-functional teams; and maintains test documentation and reports.

Own the strategy, architecture, integration, release, supplier management, and validation of connected forklift technologies including telematics, LiDAR, AI cameras, and UWB. Develop electrical schematics, manage BOMs and product roadmaps, conduct HIL/SIL and system-level testing, troubleshoot electrical issues, support regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers.
