Lead supplier quality efforts for the Switchgear Division: perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, conduct supplier audits and FMEAs, support ISO 9001 quality systems, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma, analyze quality data, and collaborate with engineering, inspection, and production teams.

Lead and manage project management staff across bids, delivery, and field service for industrial critical power projects. Align IT strategy with Mitsubishi stakeholders, ensure secure compliant deployments, apply SDLC best practices, manage vendor selection and contracts, and drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Lead business development and sales for FACTS and HVDC substation solutions, prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with internal engineering and overseas teams, support product strategy, create customer presentations, maintain bid database (Salesforce/CRM), and mentor sales engineers while building customer and EPC relationships nationwide.

Design, implement, and verify PLC logic and SCADA software for substation systems.
