Create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings, assemblies, wiring and schematic diagrams from sketches and vendor data; produce BOMs, apply industry drawing standards (GD&T), participate in design improvements, collaborate with engineers and vendors, mentor drafters, and track project schedules.

Lead and support root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, trend analysis, and internal audits. Implement and maintain ISO quality programs, collaborate with suppliers and production to resolve assembly and process issues, verify corrective action effectiveness, and manage quality records and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead assembly and testing operations, plan and assign daily/weekly work, supervise and develop staff, enforce safety and quality standards, manage job documentation, maintain workplace organization, support continuous improvement and manufacturing leadership.
