Leads electric power systems studies involving load flow, transient stability, short-circuit analysis, electromagnetic transients, reactive planning, generator interconnection, FACTS, HVDC, and converter-based resources. Manages projects, develops proposals, prepares technical reports, presents findings, analyzes study data, and develops software tools and simulations. Provides technical leadership on grid planning, equipment applications, industry standards, and customer-facing engineering consulting engagements.

Lead advanced electric power systems studies covering load flow, transient stability, short-circuit, electromagnetic transients, grid modernization, renewable resources, and T&D equipment applications. Manage projects, develop models and software tools, analyze and visualize data, prepare technical reports and proposals, support generator testing and validation, train colleagues, and present findings to customers and industry organizations. The role also contributes to business development, technical publications, standards application, and equipment specifications.

Supports quality assurance processes for the Switchgear Division by reviewing documentation, conducting audits, reporting nonconformances, evaluating and training vendors, developing quality plans, tracking vendor issues, and participating in ISO audits. Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, sales, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality problems and improve processes. The onsite role requires domestic travel of up to 25%.
