Lead quality assurance and improvement for the Substation Division: monitor processes, resolve supplier/production/field issues, perform audits, maintain ISO 9001, drive root-cause/corrective actions, plan supplier qualification, develop inspection/test plans, and represent Quality leadership internally and externally.

Lead day-to-day engineering operations for the Diamond Vision Systems Division, working hands-on with engineers to design systems, resolve complex technical and quality issues, manage supplier sourcing and overseas factory coordination, and develop engineering talent. Support product development execution, warranty resolution, and translate technical capability into market and customer value.

Lead and support engineering for substation projects including equipment design, testing, contractor coordination, performance analysis, and cross-functional technical leadership. Prepare estimates, schedules, and staffing, provide training, consult on development programs, and represent the company to customers and Mitsubishi stakeholders.
