Leads end-to-end client contract administration, including review, negotiation support, pricing and SLA validation, compliance coordination, execution, workflow management, reporting, onboarding support, and process improvement. The role partners across Legal, Finance, Technology, Sales, Operations, Product, and other teams to reduce risk, protect revenue, improve contract quality, and strengthen operational governance.

Leads regional Relationship Management and Sales organizations across a geographically dispersed territory. Owns client retention, revenue growth, new business, market expansion, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. Directly manages regional leaders and indirectly oversees relationship managers and specialists. Develops integrated strategies, builds executive client relationships, drives cross-functional execution, and develops a high-performing leadership pipeline.

Leads national sales efforts for retirement and financial services markets, expanding client relationships, growing assets under management, and managing geographically dispersed sales representatives. Oversees pipeline development, sales goals, coaching, performance management, finalist presentations, conferences, cross-functional partnerships, planning, budgeting, and market-driven sales effectiveness initiatives. Significant travel is required.

Lead strategic client engagements for high-value public sector retirement plans, deliver analytics and Visual Analytics dashboards, present investment reports, mentor junior staff, conduct plan reviews, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize plan design and investment strategy.
