Design, develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications and integrations using Integration Hub, spokes, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB). Provide technical assessments, documentation, reporting support, and collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver automation and integration solutions.

Lead strategic client engagements for high-value public sector retirement plans, deliver analytics and Visual Analytics dashboards, present investment reports, mentor junior staff, conduct plan reviews, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize plan design and investment strategy.

Provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to Equity Fund Managers, including portfolio monitoring, performance attribution, benchmarking, risk analysis, due diligence, investment reporting, and preparation of investor and marketing materials. Coordinate with internal teams, participate in manager meetings, and assist with portfolio changes and compliance tracking.
