Maintains the ISO 9001 quality management system, supports audits, analyzes SPC data, prepares quality reports, and drives continuous improvement.

Oversee daily energy storage container assembly production, including staffing, shift coordination, task assignment, schedule adherence, safety, 5S, lean manufacturing, process optimization, anomaly resolution, operator training, performance evaluation, and team development. The role also supports line layout, workforce planning, production efficiency, yield improvement, and coordination across materials, equipment, and quality issues.

The Sales Intern supports key account sales through customer data management, project tracking, quotation preparation, contract follow-up, order entry, forecasts, payment data, market research, customer visit coordination, and internal communications. The role requires on-site work at the Wixom office at least three days weekly and supports automotive B2B sales initiatives.

Manage key client relationships, support business expansion and localization initiatives, coordinate communication between U.S. operations and overseas teams, prepare quotations and pricing proposals, analyze sales and operational data, and ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulations. Frequent travel across North America is required.

Oversee global pass-through supplier quality, including audits, PPAP approvals, corrective actions, supplier performance reporting, quality alerts, and nonconformance resolution. Review control plans, PFMEAs, work instructions, and quality systems to ensure IATF 16949 and company standards. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, materials, receiving inspection, and manufacturing teams while supporting new product launches and engineering changes. Travel domestically and internationally 30–50%.

Leads the HR function by developing strategies, policies, and programs; overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, HRIS administration, reporting, and DEI initiatives. The role also supports customer, investor, university, industry, and ecosystem meetings across a fast-moving, cross-cultural environment.

Manages automotive OEM customer accounts, develops business opportunities, coordinates RFQs and commercial documentation, maintains pricing and financial records, and supports quotes, contracts, APQP planning, quality issues, and customer resolutions. The role partners with program management, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global teams to meet cost and timing targets, improve productivity, support forecasts and budgets, and maintain customer relationships. Worldwide travel may be required.

Supports corporate, federal, state, local, R&D credit, transfer pricing, and property tax activities. Partner with production and engineering to resolve nonconformances, improve scrap, process capability, and quality costs, and prepare reports for customers and executives. The role requires knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, customer-specific requirements, and travel to customer sites 20–25% of the time.

Oversee automotive programs from planning through product launch, managing schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, quality requirements, and cross-functional teams.
