Leads new automotive product and program launches from project transfer through ramp-up. Coordinates engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and plant teams; manages timelines, budgets, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, trial production, customer approvals, issue resolution, and post-launch stabilization. Serves as the primary liaison between China program teams, the US plant, and customers while ensuring plant readiness, quality, capacity, and cost targets.

Leads new automotive product and program launches from China R&D transfer through US plant ramp-up. Coordinates cross-functional manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams; manages timelines, budgets, plant readiness, trial builds, customer deliverables, PPAP approval, quality resolution, and post-launch stabilization. Requires automotive manufacturing project management experience, strong APQP and quality-system knowledge, and familiarity with production processes such as extrusion, welding, machining, and assembly.

Leads customer quality management for automotive OEM accounts including GM, Ford, and Stellantis. Responsibilities include 8D corrective actions, root-cause analysis, scorecard monitoring, customer audits, plant quality support, containment, inspection coordination, IATF 16949 compliance, APQP participation, and continuous improvement. The role requires frequent travel across North America and collaboration with OEM and plant quality teams.
