Partners with corporate leaders and the MNA HR Director on workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and policy implementation. Coordinates North America HR programs, talent reviews, site launches, Canadian integration, reporting, and strategic projects. Serves as an English-Mandarin communication and cultural bridge across global stakeholders while tracking commitments, preparing executive materials, managing sensitive matters, and escalating compliance or organizational risks.

Leads North America HR Centers of Excellence, including policy, recruiting, compensation, immigration, benefits, talent reviews, and shared services. Provides governance, technical guidance, compliance oversight, escalation support, and process improvement while coordinating local HR teams and business leaders. Personally manages critical leadership and confidential recruiting searches, reviews sensitive employee actions, develops scalable HR infrastructure, and supports organizational growth across U.S. and Canadian operations. This role is fully onsite in Wixom, Michigan, with travel to company locations as needed.

Maintain EHS standards and regulatory compliance across manufacturing and pass-through facilities. Manage the EHS system, annual targets, daily safety operations, construction and equipment risks, occupational health and safety, waste management, incident response, risk mitigation, government communications, and employee training. The role requires OSHA expertise, EHS management knowledge, automotive or manufacturing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
