Manage key client relationships, support business expansion and localization initiatives, coordinate communication between U.S. operations and overseas teams, prepare quotations and pricing proposals, analyze sales and operational data, and ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulations. The role also requires sales leadership, negotiation, planning, delegation, and organizational skills.

The Quality Engineer serves as the primary quality liaison between automotive OEM customers and North American production plants. Responsibilities include leading 8D corrective actions, root-cause analysis, customer audits and visits, scorecard improvement, containment and sorting activities, APQP and automotive core tools, IATF 16949 compliance, audit preparation, and continuous improvement. Frequent travel across North America is required.

Oversee global pass-through supplier quality, including audits, PPAP approvals, corrective actions, supplier performance reporting, quality alerts, and nonconformance resolution. Review control plans, PFMEAs, work instructions, and quality systems to ensure IATF 16949 and company standards. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, materials, receiving inspection, and manufacturing teams while supporting new product launches and engineering changes. Travel domestically and internationally 30–50%.
