Design operator-centric decision support, architect GDPR-compliant MLOps pipelines, integrate prototypes into Milestone XProtect, validate in SOC deployments, benchmark on public and proprietary datasets, publish top-tier papers, evaluate patents, and bridge academic research with industrial engineering teams.

Design, govern, and optimize Milestone's global partner programs across distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Own program lifecycle, administration, onboarding, tiers, incentives, MDF, compliance, and KPI measurement. Lead a global Partner Programs team, drive operational excellence, present performance insights to leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to align programs with commercial strategy and product launches.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSes. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, .NET components, tests, and CI/CD; own end-to-end delivery, production monitoring, and L2 support, plus documentation and platform extensibility.

Design and build a turnkey on-prem Kubernetes platform for on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. Implement reliable install/upgrade/rollback workflows, automation, backend services and APIs, observability, and operational guardrails. Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver a productized, maintainable platform experience.

Design, build, and scale automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates for functional and non-functional testing. Develop automated validations (performance, reliability, stability, upgrade) and integrate tests into build and release pipelines while collaborating with DevOps and R&D to improve tooling and infrastructure.

Design and build a turnkey on‑prem platform for on‑prem, hybrid and air‑gapped environments. Own reliability, automation, lifecycle management, install/upgrade/rollback workflows, backend services/APIs, observability, and operational simplicity while collaborating with product and support teams.

Lead and coordinate high-impact customer and partner escalations across EMEA, drive cross-functional action plans and incident response, communicate status to executives, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend product and process improvements to preserve customer trust and prevent recurrence.

Build and maintain a production-grade Linux software appliance for edge and on-prem deployments. Design install, upgrade, rollback, recovery, and factory reset workflows; ensure offline/airgapped operation; work on Linux bootstrapping, services, networking, storage, logging, hardening, observability, diagnostics, and automation to make deployments reliable and supportable across diverse hardware and lifecycle events.

Pursue an Industrial PhD conducting applied research in multimodal AI and explainable computer vision, implement and validate prototypes in Milestone XProtect, run experiments on public and proprietary datasets, publish results, and collaborate with academic and product teams.

Lead design and continuous improvement of change, request, and asset management processes; run workshops, define CSFs/KGIs/KPIs, ensure system-supported automation, drive global adoption, and participate in quality assurance of process deliverables.

Design, build, and operate scalable automation and CI/CD solutions to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of automated validation systems, create dashboards/alerts/KPIs, and collaborate with R&D and DevOps to embed automation into release pipelines and environments.
