Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across the South Pacific. Design operator-centric decision support, architect GDPR-compliant MLOps pipelines, integrate prototypes into Milestone XProtect, validate in SOC deployments, benchmark on public and proprietary datasets, publish top-tier papers, evaluate patents, and bridge academic research with industrial engineering teams.

Provide hands-on HR support across the APAC region for a 6-month maternity cover. Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations (onboarding, transfers, payroll/contract documentation) and benefits administration. Maintain HR records in Oracle, ensure compliance with local employment laws, coordinate engagement and learning activities, and support regional/global HR projects.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSes. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, .NET components, tests, and CI/CD; own end-to-end delivery, production monitoring, and L2 support, plus documentation and platform extensibility.

Design and build a turnkey on-prem Kubernetes platform for on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. Implement reliable install/upgrade/rollback workflows, automation, backend services and APIs, observability, and operational guardrails. Lead channel growth across South India by developing distributors, resellers, solution partners and consultants. Drive territory revenue to meet targets, manage pipeline and CRM, support partner-led opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, assist with pricing/quotations, and represent Milestone at customer events and trade shows.

Design and build a turnkey on‑prem platform for on‑prem, hybrid and air‑gapped environments. Own reliability, automation, lifecycle management, install/upgrade/rollback workflows, backend services/APIs, observability, and operational simplicity while collaborating with product and support teams.

Build and maintain a production-grade Linux software appliance for edge and on-prem deployments. Design install, upgrade, rollback, recovery, and factory reset workflows; ensure offline/airgapped operation; work on Linux bootstrapping, services, networking, storage, logging, hardening, observability, diagnostics, and automation to make deployments reliable and supportable across diverse hardware and lifecycle events.

Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance video analytics using Python and C++, optimize LLM inference and memory, implement hardware-accelerated video processing, collaborate with research on model training/benchmarking, ensure cross-platform integration, and mentor team members.

Develop and maintain backend services in Go, build and consume REST APIs, ensure services are deployed, configured, and running reliably on Linux-based, containerized environments using Docker. Lead design and continuous improvement of change, request, and asset management processes; run workshops, define CSFs/KGIs/KPIs, ensure system-supported automation, drive global adoption, and participate in quality assurance of process deliverables.

Serve as HR business partner for Milestone's Israel hub, combining strategic partnership and hands-on HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Advise managers on employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and compliance; manage HR operations, payroll inputs, HRIS data, benefits, recruitment support, and regional People & Culture projects.

Design, build, and scale automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates for functional and non-functional testing.
