Onboard and support channel partners, drive software and hardware sales, conduct demos and webinars, identify business opportunities, collaborate with distributors, represent products at events, and track activities in Salesforce CRM. The role is based in Sofia in hybrid mode and requires regional travel.

Design, govern, and optimize Milestone's global partner programs across distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Own program lifecycle, administration, onboarding, tiers, incentives, MDF, compliance, and KPI measurement. Lead a global Partner Programs team, drive operational excellence, present performance insights to leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to align programs with commercial strategy and product launches.

Develop and maintain modern frontend solutions from design through delivery and defect resolution. The role requires technical ownership, code reviews, collaboration across teams, work prioritization, and high engineering standards. Candidates will build React applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, support CI/CD workflows, work with Docker and containerized environments, and contribute to automated testing and deployment. The position may grow into a Lead Engineer role involving technical direction, mentoring, and engineering best practices.

Lead regional marketing for Australia and New Zealand: develop and execute demand generation, partner and channel marketing, events, digital campaigns, brand and communications, budget management, performance tracking, and market insights in close collaboration with sales, partners, and global marketing.

Lead North America sales organization to achieve revenue targets, build executive partner and customer relationships, develop commercial strategy, improve sales execution, pipeline discipline and forecasting, and grow leadership capability and talent across the region.

Develop and execute channel marketing plans with APAC distributors and resellers, manage channel budgets and MDF, activate co-marketing campaigns, ensure brand compliance, track performance metrics, and collaborate with regional, global marketing and sales stakeholders to drive demand and revenue growth.

Develop and grow a network of resellers in the Victoria region by onboarding, supporting, and nurturing channel partners. Deliver online demos and webinars, drive sales conversations, track opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate with field sales, and travel occasionally to build partner relationships and increase revenue for Milestone's video security solutions.

Own and grow Milestone's channel sales in Nevada by expanding distribution and integrator partnerships, cultivating technical and A&E relationships, executing territory business plans, forecasting pipeline, representing the brand at events, and collaborating with account managers, sales engineers, distribution and marketing to drive revenue and partner growth.

Coordinate product readiness, pricing, SKU/licensing management, and business-system updates across Product, Finance, IT, Sales Ops, Legal, and Marketing. Identify risks and process improvements, create documentation and communications, and support broader Product Operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead technical presales for complex video surveillance opportunities across India West. Design end-to-end VMS solutions, run demos/PoCs, prepare proposals/RFP responses, enable partners, mentor solution engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and support deployments while managing priorities and regional travel.

Lead regional Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Facilities and admin teams across APAC to ensure financial stewardship, compliance, operational excellence and strong employee experience. Partner with Regional Sales and Global Functions to implement global initiatives, drive process improvements, manage risks, and support budgeting, reporting, tax and audit readiness.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSes. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, .NET components, tests, and CI/CD; own end-to-end delivery, production monitoring, and L2 support, plus documentation and platform extensibility.

Lead and coordinate high-impact customer and partner escalations across EMEA, drive cross-functional action plans and incident response, communicate status to executives, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend product and process improvements to preserve customer trust and prevent recurrence.
