Build strategic account plans, strengthen relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate proofs-of-concept and ensure successful project execution while monitoring market trends and partnering with channels and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Design, build, and operate scalable automation and CI/CD solutions to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of automated validation systems, create dashboards/alerts/KPIs, and collaborate with R&D and DevOps to embed automation into release pipelines and environments.

Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, present recommendations to Executive Leadership and the Board, facilitate workshops, and drive alignment across regions and business units to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
