Lead and develop the EMEA Order Management team to ensure consistent order processing, high service quality, and strong operational performance. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Compliance to manage escalations, optimize processes, adopt systems, and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Develop and execute channel marketing plans with APAC distributors and resellers, manage channel budgets and MDF, activate co-marketing campaigns, ensure brand compliance, track performance metrics, and collaborate with regional, global marketing and sales stakeholders to drive demand and revenue growth.

Own day-to-day workplace operations for India offices, managing facilities, vendors, budgets, office administration, workplace projects, onboarding/offboarding logistics, IT readiness, and site communications to ensure safe, efficient, and well-supported workspaces.
