Test software features, integrations, devices, and video technology products through manual, functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and performance testing. Investigate defects using log analysis and network troubleshooting, maintain test documentation, support automated testing, and improve quality processes and coverage. Collaborate with developers, product owners, support teams, and stakeholders while contributing to interoperability testing for cameras, video servers, and security devices.

Develop and grow reseller relationships across Central Eastern Europe and Israel. Onboard and support channel partners, drive software and hardware sales, conduct demos and webinars, identify business opportunities, collaborate with distributors, represent products at events, and track activities in Salesforce CRM. The role is based in Sofia in hybrid mode and requires regional travel.

Design, govern, and optimize Milestone's global partner programs across distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Own program lifecycle, administration, onboarding, tiers, incentives, MDF, compliance, and KPI measurement. Lead a global Partner Programs team, drive operational excellence, present performance insights to leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to align programs with commercial strategy and product launches.
