Provide application and POS system support across ANZ: troubleshoot issues, maintain pricing/catalogues/EDI, administer user access, support users and training, collaborate on system improvements and projects, and optimise processes with cross-functional stakeholders.

Operate and maintain central Azure-based device usage data products with SLA compliance. Own production operations, incident handling, monitoring, governance, reproducible deployments, and integration of new device generations. Work hands-on with Databricks, PySpark, Unity Catalog, Azure DevOps, and Atlassian tools to ensure data quality, reliability, documentation, and controlled change.

Design, develop, integrate, test and validate embedded C++ software for high-end appliances. Own features from concept to commissioning, ensure quality, refactor legacy code, apply CI/CD for embedded systems, collaborate in Agile teams, mentor others, and support hardware-software integration and automated testing.

Lead regional sales strategy and execution to meet revenue and market-share targets. Manage relationships with agents, retailers, and partners; coach 2-3 Territory Managers; collaborate with marketing; oversee MCA compliance and regional budgets; drive process improvements; represent the company at trade shows and travel internationally as required.

Lead cross-plant controlling activities: perform and validate cross-project/product calculations, ensure data quality, support make-or-buy decisions, evaluate change requests, coordinate with Product and R&D Controlling, drive planning and forecasting, and develop controlling instruments and cross-team collaboration.

Process supplier invoices and payments using SAP, monitor approvals, resolve discrepancies with internal partners, support month-end closing, handle ad-hoc and travel expense payments, and manage ServiceNow/email requests.
