Lead and coordinate production operations and continuous improvement across manufacturing. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives, optimize OEE and resources, manage multi-shift teams, collaborate cross-functionally on automation and digitalization, and report KPIs and project impact to management.

Coordinate inbound, outbound and return freight; liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders for D2C/B2B shipments; manage customs clearance, regulatory compliance, freight claims, KPIs, and related supply chain tasks.

Deliver a premium in-store customer experience to meet sales targets, demonstrate Miele product knowledge, prepare quotes and orders, sell and upsell products, support and run consumer events, generate leads, and maintain the Experience Centre. Flexible for evenings and weekends.
