This is a hybrid NYC-area position requiring in-office work four to five days per week.

Designs and streamlines high-volume data fulfillment workflows, automates recurring operational work, builds dashboards and analyses, and identifies process improvements. Partners with Engineering, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Finance to launch products, improve procedures, manage operational costs, and maintain accurate, reliable data.

Leads Middesk’s partnerships function, expanding reseller relationships into co-selling and demand-generation engines while establishing new referral, systems integrator, AI-platform, and adjacent-vertical partnerships. Integrates partnerships into sales planning, pipeline generation, product launches, and competitive strategy; defines engagement and revenue-credit processes; represents partner needs in product planning; and builds the partnerships team, operating systems, enablement, and performance reporting.

Own Middesk’s qualified enterprise and mid-market pipeline across named accounts. Build the account list, AI-enabled research and enrichment engine, coordinated outbound, paid, SEO/AEO, and event programs. Establish account coverage standards and operating rhythms for AEs and SDRs, while orchestrating trigger-based workflows and multi-channel campaigns. The role combines strategy and hands-on execution and requires cross-functional influence without direct management authority.

Own Middesk’s end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, brand, social, content, and events. Drive MQLs, inbound leads, and web traffic; connect organic activity to pipeline outcomes through reporting; partner with content and product marketing teams; and determine future team and resource needs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution for a technical, AI-native B2B audience.

Sell Middesk's business identity platform to enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build relationships with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders; lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals; generate pipeline via outbound and account planning; partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to influence roadmap and ensure successful evaluations and implementations.

Process and submit state payroll tax registrations, resolve customer data inaccuracies, review state notifications, and contact state agencies regarding correspondence or requirements. Maintain high accuracy and throughput while managing multiple workstreams. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process gaps, optimize fulfillment workflows, and support new features. This is a temporary, highly operational role requiring four days weekly in the New York City office through December 2026, with possible extension.

The Forward Deployed Engineer leads technical designs and deployments of customer-facing systems, collaborates with clients, and enhances engineering practices within Middesk.

Responsible for building ML applications focused on risk and fraud, tackling data challenges, innovating in feature engineering, and establishing ML infrastructure.

The Data Scientist will build AI-driven fraud and risk systems, work with real-world data, and leverage graph techniques to improve detection and labeling. They will partner with engineering to scale data systems in the compliance domain.

The Software Engineer will develop using React and Ruby on Rails, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building customer-centric solutions.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for a category-defining API infrastructure, focusing on fintech and B2B platforms, while building relationships and driving business growth.

Own roadmap execution for payroll and entity management products: write specs, run sprints, ship features, validate with customers, partner cross-functionally, translate regulatory complexity into buildable requirements, scale jurisdictional coverage, manage pre- and post-deployment workflows, and optimize KPIs like SLA performance, retention, resolution rates, and per-account margins.

The Account Executive will drive new business growth in the banking and fintech sectors, managing the entire sales cycle while engaging with senior stakeholders and developing acquisition strategies.

Lead technical pre-sales for Middesk by running technical discovery, designing integration architectures, delivering tailored demos, managing proofs of concept, responding to RFPs/security questionnaires, and handing off documented solutions to implementation teams while influencing product roadmap from customer feedback.

The Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes environments, improve developer experience tools, and ensure compliance with security standards.
