Drive MQLs, inbound leads, and web traffic; connect organic activity to pipeline outcomes through reporting; partner with content and product marketing teams; and determine future team and resource needs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution for a technical, AI-native B2B audience.

Sell Middesk's business identity platform to enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build relationships with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders; lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals; generate pipeline via outbound and account planning; partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to influence roadmap and ensure successful evaluations and implementations.

Full-cycle technical recruiter owning sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates for Engineering, Data Science, and Product. Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, build structured interviews, improve recruiting systems and candidate experience, and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to scale hiring in a hybrid SF environment.
