Support store HR operations by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Ensure policies and programs (including drug-free workplace) are followed, use company software for payroll optimization, and assist General Manager and HR team to maintain a positive work environment and team development.

Create, proof, edit, and publish web content (buying guides, SEO text, how-to articles, product content). Ensure accuracy, brand voice, accessibility, SEO/AEO optimization, and analytics tagging. Use AI tools to enhance content and monitor quality. Analyze site performance, recommend improvements, align content with business objectives, and iterate based on analytics. Support E-Commerce team and perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide clerical and administrative support: answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, file, photocopy, perform data entry, assist with shipping/receiving, and complete assigned projects to ensure department efficiency.

Assist the Plant Manager in managing operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety, training staff, and maximizing profit at the manufacturing facility.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated, API, functional, and performance tests and frameworks (Playwright). Integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior QA, lead test planning, manage defects, and support test environments and continuous improvement.

Process and code payments received at headquarters, apply payments across departments and stores, perform data entry and invoice processing, verify invoice-to-PO costs, meet deadlines, assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, and maintain filing.

Perform general administrative and accounting support: answer multi-line phones, communicate with stores/vendors about security, maintain calendars, process payroll/time-off, handle accounts payable, generate reports, create routing templates/status reports, and process purchase orders.

Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing production, facility maintenance, safety compliance, merchandising, training manager trainees, inventory management, and driving profitability by ensuring efficient, on-time production and proper documentation.

Design, develop, and test machinery and manufacturing processes; implement process improvements; coordinate manufacturing launches and training; create electrical drawings and project documentation; program PLCs and computers (Visual Basic), and support robotic programming and production troubleshooting.
