Provides technical leadership for enterprise QA automation and performance testing. Defines standards, architectures, frameworks, and best practices; develops Playwright GUI/API tests and NeoLoad performance tests; supports Tosca modernization; integrates automation with qTest and CI/CD; mentors QA staff; evaluates tools; oversees complex automation initiatives; and partners with development and infrastructure teams on testing strategy, metrics, and delivery.

Supports daily information security operations by reviewing alerts, creating dashboards and reports, assisting with risk assessments and security research, documenting procedures, maintaining network and application inventories, and coordinating with third-party providers.

The internship requires a flexible part-time schedule of 15–20 hours weekly and onsite work in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Designs and delivers low- to moderate-complexity solution architectures across enterprise systems. Produces system diagrams, interface contracts, and architectural documentation; gathers requirements; evaluates technology solutions; applies integration patterns and enterprise standards; supports shared platforms such as API Management and Enterprise Messaging; and collaborates with IS teams on compliance, resilience, testing, and continuous improvement.
