Assist the Plant Manager in managing operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety, training staff, and maximizing profit at the manufacturing facility.

Support accounting and finance by preparing and reconciling ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial reports; assist month/quarter/year-end closes; analyze transactions and accruals; resolve discrepancies; recommend process improvements; prepare schedules and documentation; participate in special projects and collaborate with management and other departments.

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Python, Ansible and AWX. Create reusable modules, Ansible playbooks, containerized execution environments, and self-service automation portals. Integrate automation with enterprise networking and virtualization systems, perform testing and code reviews, document designs, and coordinate implementations while providing ongoing support.
