Provides in-house legal counsel to company divisions on legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Responsibilities include managing workers’ compensation and premises liability matters, researching laws and case precedent, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal cases including debt collection, and advising on contract, tort, property, labor, employment, consumer, and commercial law.

Perform general administrative and accounting support: answer multi-line phones, communicate with stores/vendors about security, maintain calendars, process payroll/time-off, handle accounts payable, generate reports, create routing templates/status reports, and process purchase orders.

Support store HR functions including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, addressing team member concerns, enforcing policies (including drug-free workplace), and using company software to optimize payroll and staffing.
