Develops industrial digital technology sales by identifying manufacturing prospects, managing CRM pipelines, conducting plant visits, gathering requirements, demonstrating MES, OEE, IIoT, SCADA, WMS, CMMS, and analytics solutions, and advancing quotations through closure. Builds relationships with OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and customers; coordinates technical and commercial discussions; analyzes competitors and market trends; and meets sales targets. Extensive travel is required.

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based weighing and batching automation systems. Design HMI and SCADA applications, implement batch sequencing and recipe management, integrate servos, drives, sensors, load cells, VFDs, and industrial networks, and perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, and machine start-up. Provide production troubleshooting, technical documentation, customer support, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based weighing and batching automation systems. Design HMI and SCADA applications; implement batch sequencing, recipes, dosing, weighing, and material handling logic. Integrate servo systems, VFDs, load cells, sensors, weighing equipment, and industrial networks. Conduct FAT, SAT, machine start-up, production support, customer service, documentation, and software backup activities while coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.

Develops new B2B sales opportunities for Industrial IoT, automation, and smart manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, account management, pipeline and CRM maintenance, forecasting, trade-show participation, and coordination with engineering, product, project, and support teams through customer pilots and project handoff.

Provide technical support for electrical, software, PLC, HMI, MES, SCADA, and industrial automation issues. Troubleshoot applications, support installation and commissioning at customer sites, coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, assist customers remotely, monitor deployed systems, prepare documentation, train operators, and track service issues through closure.

Manages a sales team and internal proposal engineers, identifies industry opportunities and RFQs, develops and submits technical proposals, coordinates solutions with software and NPD engineering teams, achieves annual sales budgets, negotiates customer closures, and builds industry relationships. The role requires strong knowledge of wireless and IIoT technologies, manufacturing applications, PLC interfaces, communication protocols, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance real-time simulation models and supporting software. Implement multithreaded, event/state modeling, integrate modules via APIs/messaging, profile and optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable simulator software.

Manage end-to-end finance for a multi-entity engineering and technology firm: accounting, consolidation, statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, FEMA, Customs), audits, treasury/forex, budgeting and MIS, import-export finance, and strategic financial support to management.

Own, maintain, and optimize semiconductor fab equipment (lithography, etch, CVD, PVD, CMP, implant, metrology). Provide 24x7 equipment support, troubleshooting, RCA, installation/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), preventive maintenance, documentation, and EHS compliance. Collaborate with process, manufacturing, vendors, and global teams to improve uptime, yield, and automation.

Sell and support electronic assembly, repair, soldering and test & measurement products. Build customer database, generate enquiries, present solutions, close orders, track receivables, attend events, and produce reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Sell automation solutions by generating enquiries, presenting MELSS products, closing orders, managing accounts receivable, attending trade events, and maintaining customer databases while meeting quarterly sales targets.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic components, assemblies, and finished goods. Develop sampling plans, manage calibration of measuring instruments, identify defects, analyze root causes, and support corrective/preventive actions. Maintain quality records and reports, and collaborate with production, design, and suppliers to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and industry standards.

Support operation, monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor fab equipment. Record equipment data, assist process teams in tool qualification and calibration, follow cleanroom and safety protocols, and maintain documentation and shift handovers.

Drive sales of capital equipment and consumables to the semiconductor industry. Leverage industry contacts, deep knowledge of assembly and test processes, and consultative selling to grow business in Chennai or Bangalore.

Develop project documentation per QMS, communicate with customers, perform system studies and proposals, program Mitsubishi/Delta/Siemens PLCs, servos/drives and Proface HMIs, configure servos and robots, and support on-site execution through erection.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for railway and locomotive projects: define scope, plan budgets and schedules, manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance, communicate status to stakeholders, and implement process improvements.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals: coordinate internal teams for concept and BOM, source suppliers and update vendor lists, manage and track proposals in CRM, ensure approvals and commercial/technical validity, and meet weekly proposal targets.
