The Role
Provide technical support for electrical, software, PLC, HMI, MES, SCADA, and industrial automation issues. Troubleshoot applications, support installation and commissioning at customer sites, coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, assist customers remotely, monitor deployed systems, prepare documentation, train operators, and track service issues through closure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, ECE, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience with industrial software applications or automation projects is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or application support is preferred.
