Integrate internal and syndicated data sources, develop Power BI and DAX solutions, evaluate third-party data, improve data quality, and translate findings into actionable customer and commercial insights. Lead McCain’s global treasury transformation, including end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System, treasury operating-model redesign, automation, AI adoption, and internal capability building. The role partners with finance, technology, banks, consultants, and system providers; trains treasury teams; supports operational continuity; and leads initiatives involving cash forecasting, banking optimization, in-house banking, and payment factories.

Leads food technology development from concept through commercialization, including experimentation, pilot-scale validation, process scale-up, and technical risk reduction. Defines process and equipment requirements, evaluates manufacturability, food safety, quality, cost, and business value, and provides go/no-go recommendations. Responsibilities include developing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, advising hiring managers, managing offers and negotiations, maintaining ATS and CRM records, supporting recruitment strategy, and improving hiring processes. The role requires building stakeholder relationships, navigating difficult candidate markets, and delivering organized, data-driven recruiting solutions.

Leads global capital expenditure reporting, analysis, forecasting, governance, ROI tracking, and capital allocation. Partners with engineering, procurement, finance, and operations leaders to improve investment decisions and financial performance. Develops dashboards, KPIs, policies, approval workflows, and process automation using tools including Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, and AI-enabled solutions. Owns insight-led, omnichannel customer communications and category strategy initiatives across retail, QSR, and foodservice channels. The role develops customer sell-in materials, coordinates trade engagement, analyzes syndicated and customer data, maintains market-tracking dashboards, and provides actionable recommendations for commercial planning. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Innovation, and international teams to support customer engagement, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

Leads McCain’s global digital manufacturing transformation by defining analytics and digital roadmaps, architecting solutions integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, and cloud platforms, and developing AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and process optimization.
