JOB PURPOSE:
The S4 BTP FIORI UX Forms Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly forms and user experiences (UX) within the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environment. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and other IT professionals to ensure that FIORI applications and forms meet business needs and provide an exceptional user experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Form Design and Development:
- Design and develop custom forms using SAP FIORI and UI5 technologies.
- Create user-friendly and responsive forms that enhance the user experience.
- Ensure forms are compatible across various devices and browsers.
UX/UI Design:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive UX designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the user interface.
- Apply UX best practices and design principles to create engaging and efficient user interfaces.
Integration and Customization:
- Integrate FIORI applications and forms with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Customize standard FIORI applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Utilize SAP BTP tools and services to extend the functionality of FIORI applications.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of FIORI applications and forms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIORI forms and UX.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other IT professionals to understand business processes and requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on FIORI applications and forms.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FIORI, UI5, and UX design.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FIORI and UI5 development.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design and developing responsive forms.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP is highly desirable.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP FIORI, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules.
- Experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as OData, RESTful services, and APIs.
- Familiarity with SAP Web IDE, SAP Fiori elements, and Fiori Launchpad configuration.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
