This individual will lead the key initiatives within SAP S/4 HANA business transformation program by leveraging business, process, technology and people transformational knowledge and capabilities. The role will be part of the central business transformation PMO team & will be playing a critical role to set up & manage the foundation of the PMO processes, systems, tools & governance framework.

JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to Sr. Program Manager S/4 & S&OP, the successful candidate will be responsible to work closely with S/4 HANA business transformation program & PMO leadership to set up & manage a strong foundational processes, controls/governance, work management & reporting tool & framework. As appropriate, the project manager who will be stepping in this role will be expected to lead some of the core execution areas & workstreams as well in addition of driving the core PMO work within the program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Management
- Work with the PMO leadership & other key stakeholders to set up a Jira work management tool
- Be a catalyst to efficiently & effectively administer & manage the Jira work management tool
- Define & operationalize a streamlined structure for documents & artifacts management
Governance/Controls
- Partner with program & PMO leadership to define & institutionalize a robust governance framework across the program
- Drive the content preparation & facilitation of the key governance forums as appropriate. For instance, change governance forum to review & action the change requests
Communication Plan/Status Reporting
- Partner with the program reporting lead to define & solidify a communications plan
- Structure, define & operationalize the progress reports & status dashboards
- Work with the program & PMO leadership, program reporting lead to prepare & consistently deliver the status reports on time for key leadership governance forums
Financials Management
- Partner with the finance team to manage the program financials covering but not limited to YTD actuals reconciliation, monthly forecasting etc.
- Keep a centralized track of all the sourcing requests
- Work with sourcing team & workstream project managers to track & expedite the closure of all inflight sourcing requests
Resources Onboarding & Access Management
- Work with program reporting lead & HRBP(Human Resources Business Partner) to define & institutionalize the resources(internal, SI partner, contractor) onboarding process
- Prepare & maintain a centralized tracker for concerned systems access requests & provisioning management
Project Management
- Project tracking and common project management principles(Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid); mapping resources against objectives, track dependencies and risks, assess impact of change across interdependent workstreams and projects
- Manage the day-to-day work activities of team members, organizing and coordinating the team, and leading project status, daily huddles, and working meetings
REQUIRED QUALIFICIATTIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in PMO function setting up the processes, tools & governance frameworks
- Proven experience of working as a PMO professional in global complex transformations
- PMP certification is highly desirable
- Handson experience of Jira tool is mandatory
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
