Lead regional media strategy for the Roermond and Roosendaal designer outlets. Own strategic roadmaps, budgets, forecasting, agency relationships, integrated campaigns, audience targeting, measurement, and optimization across digital and traditional channels. Use customer insight, media mix modeling, and performance data to drive visits and ROI, while influencing senior stakeholders and adapting campaigns for Dutch and cross-border audiences.

Manage procurement activities across the organization, including spend analysis, sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, governance, and supplier lifecycle management. Partner with stakeholders across an international, matrixed business to improve procurement processes, tools, compliance, and commercial value. The role also supports continuous improvement and data-driven recommendations.

Supports Northern Europe HR Operations through monthly payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle processes, contract preparation, personnel record maintenance, HR system updates, employee enquiry management, reporting, KPI tracking, and HR projects. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, Excel proficiency, fluent German and English, and effective communication.

Supports Northern Europe HR Operations through monthly payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle processing, contract and communication preparation, personnel record maintenance, HR system updates, employee enquiry management, reporting, KPI tracking, and HR projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, communication skills, German and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
