Manage procurement activities across the organization, including spend analysis, sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, governance, and supplier lifecycle management. Partner with stakeholders across an international, matrixed business to improve procurement processes, tools, compliance, and commercial value. The role also supports continuous improvement and data-driven recommendations.

Serves as the link between outlet centres and Group IT, aligning technology priorities with business needs. Builds stakeholder relationships, identifies operational challenges, manages technology roadmaps and competing priorities, and supports local and global initiatives. Collaborates with infrastructure, solutions, and service teams to deliver secure, scalable, cost-effective solutions. Translates technical concepts for non-technical audiences and drives technology adoption to improve operational performance and user experience.

Supports Northern Europe HR Operations through monthly payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle processes, contract preparation, personnel record maintenance, HR system updates, employee enquiry management, reporting, KPI tracking, and HR projects. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, Excel proficiency, fluent German and English, and effective communication.
