Lead regional media strategy for the Roermond and Roosendaal designer outlets. Own strategic roadmaps, budgets, forecasting, agency relationships, integrated campaigns, audience targeting, measurement, and optimization across digital and traditional channels. Use customer insight, media mix modeling, and performance data to drive visits and ROI, while influencing senior stakeholders and adapting campaigns for Dutch and cross-border audiences.

Manage procurement activities across the organization, including spend analysis, sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, governance, and supplier lifecycle management.
