Develop and maintain LabVIEW software for Automation and Testing. Create intuitive UIs and work with complex HW systems and communication protocols.

Manage supplier development and procurement for PCB/BOM components, drive cost reduction and savings through negotiation and component teardown, ensure timely project implementation, track deliveries, and liquidate excess inventory while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead and deliver automotive EV projects by planning, executing, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. Manage risks, stakeholder communication, and optimize resources while maintaining project efficiency.

Lead strategic sales efforts with Automotive OEMs and EV customers: develop and execute sales plans, manage full sales lifecycle, negotiate commercial terms, grow revenue and profitability, build senior stakeholder relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and production ramp-up.

Lead HR strategy and operations for a high-growth organization: oversee talent acquisition, performance and succession planning, employee engagement, HR operations (onboarding, HRIS, payroll coordination), compensation and benefits, compliance, and change management while advising senior leadership and building a scalable, performance-driven culture.

Support the marketing team with competitor research, run email, social and digital campaigns, collaborate on blog posts and case studies, maintain the content calendar, assist SEO and website tweaks, track campaign performance and reporting, and help with PR, events, outreach, email blasts, contact lists, and lead generation.

The Firmware Engineer will develop, test, and document embedded software for battery management systems, collaborating on design and debugging.
