Lead HR strategy and operations for a high-growth organization: oversee talent acquisition, performance and succession planning, employee engagement, HR operations (onboarding, HRIS, payroll coordination), compensation and benefits, compliance, and change management while advising senior leadership and building a scalable, performance-driven culture.

Own end-to-end development of automotive electronic hardware, including architecture, component selection, analog/digital/power circuit design, PCB development, validation, debugging, production release, and compliance. Design high-voltage and high-current power stages, MCU/DSP control electronics, and robust PCB layouts. Prepare IndAS financial statements and manage Financial and IFCoR audits. Lead SAP FICO/HANA accounting for manufacturing, handle GST/TDS/Income Tax filings and statutory compliance, produce MIS reports, and manage budgeting and forecasting. CA qualification and industry experience required; team management, board representation, costing and company secretary tasks are desirable.

Assist the order management team in purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring timely project implementations.
