Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage System Requirements (SOR/SRS), functional requirements, and system specifications.
Create and maintain DFMEA, support risk analysis, and drive design improvements.
Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and change management.
Define system interfaces and support hardware, firmware, and software integration.
Prepare system verification plans, execute validation activities, and support issue resolution.
Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and compliance with quality processes.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in BMS, automotive, or embedded products.
Experience in SOR/SRS creation, DFMEA, and requirements management.
Knowledge of system integration, verification, and validation.
Familiarity with CAN/CAN FD and product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Mandatory Skill: Matlab Simulink
