Leads embedded platform software development across the complete product lifecycle. Designs architecture, develops and reviews code, mentors engineers, and drives delivery of scalable embedded solutions. Responsibilities include Embedded Linux system development, board bring-up, kernel and bootloader work, device drivers, hardware/software integration, low-level debugging, performance analysis, technical planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with hardware, QA, architecture, and product teams.

Lead embedded software development across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, integration, testing, production, and deployment. Develop and debug Embedded Linux systems using C/C++, networking, IPC, multithreading, real-time technologies, and media systems. Estimate work, plan tasks, conduct design and code reviews, mentor engineers, identify technical risks, and coordinate with product, QA, architecture, and development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, high-quality products on time.

Assist senior engineers with operational tasks, operate and monitor laboratory equipment, perform hardware quality checks, document maintenance and inspection activities, support process improvements, and follow workplace protocols and SOPs. The role requires basic engineering knowledge, familiarity with testing instruments and measurement equipment, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Designs high-speed, multilayer PCBs from component library creation through Gerber release and fabrication. Responsibilities include high-speed signal routing, IPC and MIL-standard compliance, DFM/DFx checks, DRC, and generating fabrication and assembly files. The engineer reviews designs with mechanical, signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, fabrication, and assembly teams while independently managing PCB design projects.

Create and revise accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, blueprints, layouts, models, and manufacturing documentation using CAD software. Verify dimensions, materials, quality requirements, and design integrity; resolve issues with engineers, production teams, and clients. Support planning through sketches and models, conduct part inspections, complete IQC processes, organize drawing projects, and maintain drawing files and quality standards in the product data management system.

Manage and grow existing international customer accounts by maintaining client satisfaction, developing account plans, identifying customer needs, and creating repeat and new business opportunities. The role focuses on relationships with strategic accounts and system integrators, monitoring sales, deliveries, and stock availability, and improving customer engagement through effective communication, negotiation, and product recommendations.

Reviews software requirements, creates test plans and cases, prioritizes testing, executes manual tests, documents and tracks bugs, maintains test documentation, clarifies requirements with business analysts and project managers, discusses fixes with developers, and improves testing processes. Requires networking knowledge, understanding of software testing and bug lifecycles, strong logical reasoning, and familiarity with automation testing.

Sources and qualifies domestic sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, online research, and territory prospecting. Plans client meetings, presents telecom and security products, answers questions, maintains prospect databases, prepares quotations, manages customer orders, and supports installation and configuration. Tracks sales activity, presentations, billing, technical demonstrations, inquiries, and payment collection.

Manage channel sales and distribution across an assigned Hyderabad region. Builds relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, distributors, and channel partners; maintains the CRM pipeline; identifies new opportunities and market trends; and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to achieve revenue and conversion targets.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion. Manage portfolio P&L and commercialization initiatives.

Manage inbound calls from digital campaigns, maintain and enhance CRM customer records, profile accounts, and conduct outbound telemarketing to new and existing customers. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, support marketing operations, manage social media activity, and develop partner communities. Collaborate with sales teams to grow revenue and achieve marketing-generated pipeline targets.
