Own a defined product or workflow from customer discovery through delivery, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include researching user needs, defining problems and outcomes, prioritizing opportunities, developing roadmaps, coordinating Engineering and Design, sequencing releases, supporting pilots and rollouts, measuring results, and managing dependencies across hardware, firmware, software, data, integrations, installation, and service. The role also requires attention to security, privacy, safety, accessibility, responsible AI, supportability, and risk management.

Manage manufacturing procurement from purchase requisition through purchase order, ensuring timely material availability and cost-effective purchasing. Coordinate suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, monitor delivery performance and shortages, and support supplier development and alternate sourcing. Use SAP S/4HANA and Excel to track procurement activity, analyze purchasing data, monitor variances, and escalate risks affecting production schedules and customer commitments.

Support daily operations of an AWS-based SaaS platform by implementing infrastructure as code, monitoring system health and logs, assisting deployments, triaging incidents, and maintaining cloud environments. Responsibilities include Kubernetes or ECS operations, autoscaling, load balancers, security controls, patching, backups, disaster recovery drills, cost optimization, scripting, and documentation.
