Manages daily HRIS operations with primary responsibility for Workday HCM and related integrations. Supervises HRIS staff, prioritizes workloads, monitors transactions, ensures data accuracy and compliance, and resolves system and process issues. Leads documentation, training, reporting, testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Academic Affairs, and business stakeholders.

The Accountant evaluates financial operations and systems, contributes to strategic decision-making, enhances controls, and serves as a subject matter expert for financial processes and ERP-related initiatives.

Leads the local news operation through editorial direction, newsroom management, staff supervision, mentoring, and original reporting for radio and digital audiences. Produces daily and enterprise stories, coordinates with regional news partners, manages cross-platform distribution, and supports accurate, ethical, equitable, and community-centered journalism. Oversees newsroom priorities, deadlines, reporters, student journalists, and interns while helping expand local journalism’s reach and impact.

Provides academic advising to prospective and incoming transfer students, supporting recruitment, transition, course selection, registration, campus-resource connections, retention, student-support initiatives, and outreach. The role requires strong organization, communication, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, follow-through, and time-management skills. It operates independently and collaboratively without supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.

Serves as the University's chief academic officer, advising the President and providing strategic leadership across seven schools and colleges. Oversees academic policy, curriculum, faculty affairs, program development, accreditation, budgeting, research, assessment, and academic support services. Leads shared governance, resource allocation, academic quality, and the daily operations of the Provost's Office while advancing institutional priorities and student success.

Administers the university’s classification and compensation program by analyzing jobs, workforce data, policies, and pay practices. Classifies positions, audits compensation information, prepares job descriptions, supports organizational design, interprets labor laws and policies, and implements compensation initiatives. Provides training, customer support, reporting, and process improvements while managing multiple projects independently and ensuring equitable, compliant practices.

Lead Salisbury University's global engagement strategy and the Center for International Education, overseeing study abroad/away, international admissions, student and scholar services, the English Language Institute, and exchange programs. Strengthen partnerships, expand international learning, ensure immigration compliance and risk management, secure external funding, manage staff and faculty collaboration, and increase campus internationalization and global visibility.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Finance to teach primarily undergraduate courses (normal load 9 credits/semester; 6 credits first year), pursue scholarship aligned with AACSB standards, advise and mentor students, provide service/outreach, and support experiential learning. Preferred teaching areas include financial markets, investments, fintech, and AI in finance. Start date August 15, 2027.

Teach undergraduate and possibly graduate accounting and legal studies courses, including financial and upper-level accounting (fraud/forensic, cost, managerial) and business law. Integrate AI tools and teach in hybrid/online formats. Maintain a research publication record, engage in departmental, school, and university service, and pursue/hold professional certification (e.g., CPA). Normal load nine credits/semester (six credits first year).
