Tenure-track assistant professor in applied microeconomics expected to teach a 3-3 undergraduate load, maintain an active, data-intensive research agenda, mentor undergraduate research and capstones, develop applied electives, and contribute service to department, school (AACSB), university, and profession.

Administers the university’s classification and compensation program by analyzing jobs, workforce data, policies, and pay practices. Classifies positions, audits compensation information, prepares job descriptions, supports organizational design, interprets labor laws and policies, and implements compensation initiatives. Provides training, customer support, reporting, and process improvements while managing multiple projects independently and ensuring equitable, compliant practices.

Lead Salisbury University's global engagement strategy and the Center for International Education, overseeing study abroad/away, international admissions, student and scholar services, the English Language Institute, and exchange programs. Strengthen partnerships, expand international learning, ensure immigration compliance and risk management, secure external funding, manage staff and faculty collaboration, and increase campus internationalization and global visibility.
