Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching undergraduate and graduate social work courses in hybrid and in-person formats. Responsibilities include student advising, curriculum development, scholarly work, civic and community engagement, and service to the School and University. Candidates must hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, at least two years of post-MSW practice experience, and a doctoral degree in Social Work or a related field before starting.

Oversee campus energy management by monitoring utility consumption, identifying efficiency improvements, managing energy projects and budgets, advancing sustainability initiatives, and educating the university community on conservation. The role leads energy efficiency efforts, supports cost savings and environmental goals, and may negotiate power purchase agreements. It requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant experience, and knowledge of utility markets.

Develops and sustains media sponsorships by networking with Delaware businesses, managing relationships, conducting strategic outreach, and connecting mission-aligned organizations with public media audiences. Reports to the General Manager and uses design, communications, sales, and marketing tools to support account development and sponsorship growth.
