Lead end-to-end SEC and external reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), oversee XBRL/tagging and filings, maintain disclosure controls and tie-outs, monitor SEC/FASB developments, manage SEC comment processes, partner with Legal, IR, Accounting Policy, and external auditors, and lead and mentor the SEC reporting team.
