Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. This position requires full-time in-office presence.
The Account Executive/Assistant Vice President manages a portfolio of captive clients, including single-parent captives, insurance, and reinsurance companies, focusing on retaining, servicing, and expanding key accounts. They develop tailored solutions for client needs, respond to inquiries, and support the creation of products and programs.
We will count on you to:

Serves as the primary client contact, addressing complex needs and questions to enhance the client experience.

Develops and maintains long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients while ensuring compliance with market standards.

Oversees the quality of day-to-day services provided to clients and supervises the financial audit process.

Perform technical reviews of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinates client meetings, presents at Board Meetings, and collaborates with Marsh colleagues on license applications and strategic reviews.
What you need to have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in captive insurance management or audit related to captives, with strong expertise in final reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to the Board of Directors in various locations, requiring travel outside office hours.

Hold an internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CA) with public accounting experience.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
