Responsibilities include resolving escalated incidents, maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, networks and office equipment, managing user accounts, documenting solutions, supporting trading systems, assisting with IT projects, and coordinating overnight support. Responsibilities include planning and executing audits, assessing risks and controls, testing operating effectiveness, preparing workpapers and reports, documenting findings, and tracking management actions through resolution. The role requires knowledge of US broker-dealer, FCM, and swaps-dealer regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience auditing complex financial systems in global financial services organizations.

Leads Marex’s U.S. regulatory audit program across broker-dealer, FCM, and swap dealer entities. Owns audits from planning through reporting, remediation tracking, and issue validation; reviews workpapers and audit findings; monitors regulatory developments; and presents insights to senior leadership. The role partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, regulators, and external auditors, while managing and coaching audit staff and overseeing co-sourced resources.

Own and evolve Marex’s design system across tokens, components, patterns, theming, accessibility, documentation, governance, and adoption. Partner with product designers, engineers, brand, and business stakeholders to align Figma and code, identify shared patterns, build implementable components, manage migrations, and establish contribution and release processes. The role also promotes systems thinking, AI-enabled workflows, and consistent user experiences across trading, risk, reporting, and internal platforms.
