Advises managers on hiring, performance, compensation, mobility, employee relations, labor-law compliance, and change management. Collaborates with Country HR and HR Centers of Excellence while using workforce data to guide decisions and improve organizational performance.

Manage and grow SMB accounts in France by executing account plans, engaging HR, procurement, and hiring stakeholders, supporting pilots and initial projects, expanding usage across business units, and identifying new opportunities. Conduct account qualification, deliver tailored value pitches and product demonstrations, maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts, and coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and monitor delivery performance.

The FP&A Specialist will act as a financial business partner for the CTO and CPO, manage budgets and forecasts, evaluate R&D and IT projects, ensure compliance with IFRS, and manage balance sheet reporting.

Lead Malt’s product design organization across core marketplace domains. Set experience strategy, influence multi-team roadmaps, establish craft and interaction standards, develop design talent, and connect user experience improvements to commercial metrics. Drive data-informed discovery, cross-functional alignment, design-system strategy, and AI-assisted design workflows. Manage operational launch of new client accounts during acquisition pilots: set up companies, onboard hiring managers, coordinate financing and integrations, run product demos, document processes in Notion, hand off to admins, and identify process improvements with Product and Ops.

Lead Malt’s Experience Systems & AI function, evolving its design system into an intelligent experience engine. Own the roadmap, UI quality standards, semantic and content rules, design token architecture, code-generation workflows, automated visual QA, and adaptive interface experiments. Manage and mentor design systems specialists while partnering with systems engineers to scale high-quality, accessible, brand-aligned product experiences.

Lead end-to-end international RFP and tender responses, coordinating sales, account management, legal, technical, and commercial stakeholders. Develop win strategies, manage bid/no-bid governance, maintain a global proposal content library, and drive adoption of an AI-powered RFP assistant.
