As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between our clients and consultants, translating business needs into top-tier talent. By understanding client challenges and leveraging your knowledge of our community, you'll source, pitch, and support the best matches for winning projects. Your goal is to create a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and advocacy, driving repeat business and referrals. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, enabling you to contribute to both client growth and freelancer success.

Key responsibilities ✨

• Create and maintain strong relationship with clients in collaboration with the sales team
• Find the best freelancers to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong recruitment partner
• Accompany your clients in the definitions of their needs, decision making and help them define their project requirements
• Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited freelancer
• Identify the most suitable profile within our talent pool of freelancers for our client's needs
• Advise freelancers and consultants on tailoring their application to fit client requirements.

About you 🧑‍🚀

• 4+ years of experience in sales, recruitment or project management 
• Have a deep understanding of at least one of tech/IT , consulting profiles
• Worked in a fast-growing B2B environment or an agency and managed major client accounts
• Determined and motivated to contribute to your team's success
• Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible and adaptable
• Fluent in English and French, any levels of Dutch would be preferred

• Screening with Sereh, Talent Acquisition Assistant, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30 minutes)
• Interview with Anais, Lead Project Partner, your future manager (45 minutes)
• Business case with Anais, Lead Project Partner and Malik, General Manager Benelux (1 hour)
• Final round with Nicolas , Director of Project Partnering, to discuss Malt’s long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30 minutes)
• Meeting the team in the Brussels office
