Designs, develops, and maintains secure, scalable Magento e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include customizing themes, modules, and extensions; developing front-end and back-end functionality; integrating payment gateways and RESTful APIs; troubleshooting performance issues; conducting code reviews; testing and supporting deployments; documenting solutions; and collaborating with project and development teams to improve digital commerce experiences.

Lead end-to-end, sales-driven recruitment projects: build pipelines, win business, source and assess candidates, manage client relationships, maintain CRM data, and deliver market intelligence to support hiring decisions.

Sell event technical production services end-to-end: build pipeline, qualify leads, price and negotiate profitable quotes, hand over projects cleanly, maintain client relationships, and manage CRM and forecasting to meet revenue and gross profit targets.

Lead factory financial management, driving strategy and operational delivery: budgeting, cash-flow and working-capital management, cost control, risk and compliance, ERP-driven reporting, and finance team leadership to support sustainable manufacturing growth.

Provide SAP administration and support including user access management, master data creation and maintenance, training users, monitoring and correcting transaction errors, and managing creditor processes up to reconciliation and payment preparation. Also handle general office administration tasks such as reception, switchboard, purchasing and filing.

Lead and grow Lumenii's recruitment business through commercial strategy, new client acquisition, team leadership, and hands-on delivery. Drive revenue, manage pipelines, coach recruiters, oversee end-to-end hiring processes, advise senior clients on recruitment strategy, ensure compliance, and report on performance and quality metrics.

Lead and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy to diversify sustainable income. Cultivate corporate, government, foundation and individual donors; write proposals and manage grants; plan and run events and digital campaigns; work with finance on budgets and compliance; and guide a small team and volunteers to support child-welfare services.

Own a portfolio of client accounts as a trusted adviser, drive renewals and account growth, deliver psychometric and talent-consulting services (onboarding, profiling, feedback, facilitation), coordinate internal delivery teams, and produce strategic account plans to improve hiring, development, and talent management outcomes.
