Support sales events, webinars, content, LinkedIn positioning, and smooth lead handoffs while partnering closely with founders and small teams.

Welcomes gallery visitors, presents photography collections, recommends images and framing options, closes high-value sales, and follows up with prospective collectors. Builds relationships with returning customers and referral partners, maintains accurate CRM and order records, coordinates framing, packaging, and shipping, and supports gallery operations, tours, coaching, and pop-up activations.

Leads commercial strategy and profitable growth across bedding categories and retail, wholesale, hospitality, and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities include category planning, product innovation, pricing, margin management, customer negotiations, forecasting, inventory performance, brand development, budgeting, and team leadership. The role develops strategic customer relationships, expands channels and markets, improves product availability and profitability, and provides commercial governance and performance insight to senior management.
