Supports accounting and commercial operations through bookkeeping, Tally entries, bank reconciliations, GST and TDS documentation, receivables follow-up, closing support, MIS reporting, invoicing, job costing, dispatch coordination, insurance declarations, import-export documentation, and audit filing. The role requires coordination with sales, production, logistics, vendors, auditors, and customers while maintaining accurate financial and dispatch records.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of coated membrane products. Test coating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality; monitor manufacturing parameters; identify defects and nonconformities; maintain inspection records; coordinate corrective actions with production and maintenance teams; support audits, sampling, material handling, and process improvements.

Manage daily operations including invoice generation, GST-compliant e-Invoices and e-Way Bills, production scheduling, order tracking, dispatch coordination, documentation, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with Stores, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Production teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate billing, statutory compliance, and resolution of operational issues.

Supports CRM retention strategy, roadmap, budgeting, KPI tracking, and client data maintenance. Leads status meetings, gathers field feedback, coordinates project priorities with operations and product teams, and manages quarterly client communications and marketing invitations. The role also develops sales knowledge, maintains organized CRM documentation, stays current on updates, and supports customer experience initiatives.

Lead HRBP activities across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and HR analytics. Partner with business leaders to build leadership capability, succession plans, KRAs/KPIs, and scalable HR systems while driving culture, retention, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Provide L1 network and IT support across multiple offices and upcoming factories: assist with FortiGate firewall and VPN administration, maintain LAN/WAN/VLAN/switches/Wi‑Fi, deploy structured cabling and racks, support IP CCTV and NVRs, troubleshoot user hardware and connectivity, monitor network performance, coordinate vendors, update network documentation and asset inventory, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Field sales role focused on hunting new business for tensile membrane and tent solutions across assigned Indian territories. Responsibilities include market development, prospecting, customer meetings, securing orders, negotiation, CRM pipeline maintenance, and providing market intelligence. Requires extensive travel and strong relationship-building, follow-up, and target orientation to consistently acquire customers and grow territory revenue.

Track and follow up on customer enquiries via calls, email, web and social channels. Coordinate with sales and technical teams, maintain CRM/Excel records, send reminders, escalate delays, and prepare weekly/monthly follow-up reports to improve response and conversion rates.
