Build market research, business cases, pricing, service blueprints, GTM materials, and launch readiness. Own post-launch roadmap, performance metrics, and practice incubation to a standalone unit. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering, delivery, and partners; support early pursuits and transition the practice to permanent leadership.

Lead strategic engagement for enterprise accounts to drive GRAVTY adoption, maximize NRR and CLTV, develop account plans, govern delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product roadmap, and accelerate AI-driven product expansion.

Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports; gather requirements; perform SQL-based ETL, validation, and analysis; ensure data quality; troubleshoot discrepancies; support ad-hoc requests; automate reporting; document reports and data models; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Client teams.

Lead end-to-end implementation of the GRAVTY loyalty platform for enterprise clients: gather requirements, configure solutions, manage integrations, run UAT and go-live, and provide post-production support. Act as a business consultant to define KPIs, translate needs into specs and user stories, enable users through training and demos, and liaise with Product, Engineering, QA and Delivery to drive adoption and product improvements.

As a Product Engineer intern, you'll manage the software development lifecycle, collaborating with teams to improve product features and performance.

Lead global partnerships with GSIs and ISVs, driving joint go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Oversee account mapping, enablement programs, and maintain industry intelligence.

Provide product expertise, deliver client training, manage project documentation and SLAs, collaborate with product management on features, and create product marketing collaterals to support go-to-market strategies.
