The Opportunity

Loyalty Juggernaut is looking for a technically proficient Presales Specialist to join our global Presales Solutions Consulting team.

This is a hands- on technical presales role supporting enterprise SaaS sales opportunities through RFP/RFI responses, product demonstration configuration, technical documentation, and customer presentations.

You will work closely with global Presales Consultants, Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into effective product configurations and compelling demonstrations of GRAVTY®, our loyalty and customer engagement platform.

What You'll Own

• Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical responses, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop technically sound solutions.
• Maintain and improve reusable RFP response libraries, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Configure and maintain GRAVTY demonstration environments aligned with customer requirements and business use cases.
• Prepare sample data, customer profiles, and realistic scenarios to support product demonstrations.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and system configurations to support demonstration requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot demonstration environments to ensure technical accuracy and readiness.
• Develop demonstration scripts, supporting slides, and technical presentations.
• Participate in customer demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution workshops.
• Support technical validation, proof-of-concept environments, and solution feasibility assessments.
• Work closely with global Presales Consultants, Account Executives, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support enterprise sales opportunities.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–6 years of experience in SaaS, software implementation, technical consulting, presales, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  
• Experience working with enterprise software applications, system configuration, and business requirements.
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, and customer-facing documentation.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture, REST APIs, JSON, Postman, integrations, and enterprise software concepts.
• Experience preparing technical presentations, architecture diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to configure, test, and troubleshoot software demonstration environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience with loyalty management, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer engagement, or other MarTech platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS opportunities involving international or multinational customers.
• Experience designing complex demonstration environments and configuring business workflows.
