The Senior Product Manager will own product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to enhance loyalty programs.

Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports; gather requirements; perform SQL-based ETL, validation, and analysis; ensure data quality; troubleshoot discrepancies; support ad-hoc requests; automate reporting; document reports and data models; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Client teams.

The Senior Product Engineer (AI) will develop and deploy AI-driven features, maintain ML pipelines, and collaborate across teams to enhance product capabilities.
