Lead planning and production of Lovepop's content, manage junior creators, and collaborate across teams to enhance marketing strategies and performance.

The Graphic Designer will create print-ready artwork for cards and packaging, lead production on the Design Sentiment Card line, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print visuals.

The Graphic Designer will create email marketing assets, digital ad creatives for social media, assist in design for PDP and storytelling pages, and support packaging design, focusing on performance metrics.

Create and illustrate Lovepop card concepts from sketch through prototype to production. Collaborate with sales, B2B product teams and production to ensure originality and scalability, scope projects, communicate progress, mentor junior designers, and adapt to US design direction and schedules.

Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensure statutory compliance (social/health/unemployment insurance, PIT), maintain HR records and labor contracts, handle employee relations and offboarding, prepare reports, and support culture and recruitment activities.

Oversee sample development and technical evaluation of sewing and embroidery products, ensure files and samples meet production standards, perform quality control, analyze defects and implement corrective actions, optimize product structures for mass production, collaborate cross-functionally, and create final-stage prototypes for production.

Coordinate end-to-end sample/test batch processes: receive files, oversee on-line test production, detect anomalies, evaluate quality vs. specs, report results, perform handcrafted prototyping (cutting, gluing, sewing, assembly), analyze defects, and propose process improvements to Design to ensure readiness for mass production.

The Art Director will lead product design, managing creative direction, license portfolios, external resources, and team development to ensure high-quality designs that resonate emotionally with customers.
