About the role
As an Odoo Developer, you will take full ownership of building and customizing Odoo ERP modules that meet the company’s operational and strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, other developers, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure robust, scalable, and well-integrated solutions.
Accountabilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules in accordance with project requirements.
- Analyze user needs and deliver scalable Odoo applications tailored to business workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo systems.
- Collaborate with users and team members to gather and refine specifications.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party tools using RESTful APIs.
- Write technical documentation and provide end-user training where needed.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 or newer).
- Proficient in Python with solid understanding of Odoo framework internals.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, and ORM techniques.
- Experience integrating Odoo with other systems via RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux-based deployment and system administration.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Effective communication in Vietnamese and English
