Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements. Build use cases, support testing, identify tech opportunities, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach junior team members to align IT solutions with bank strategies and client needs.

Performs as the bank mascot at community, bank, and sporting events—engaging the public, representing brand personality, and supporting marketing initiatives. Requires event attendance (including evenings, weekends, and specific game nights), participation in training, adherence to bank policies and regulatory controls, and occasional lifting and equipment setup.

Provide administrative support to the IT department and Chief Information Officer, handling clerical tasks, purchase orders, mail, helpdesk ticket submission, report generation, and regulatory compliance support. Maintain knowledge of banking policies, BSA/OFAC/CIP/AML rules, attend mandatory trainings, and assist with department meetings and correspondence. Part-time position capped at 1000 hours annually.

Develop and deepen commercial banking relationships, grow a loan portfolio ($3M–$6M annual production), structure and present credit/deposit products, manage loan package preparation and approval, coach and supervise staff, cross-sell bank services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and BSA/AML requirements.

Lead budgeting and financial reporting for the bank: prepare and review monthly consolidated reports, manage budget software and five-year planning, provide financial modeling and scenario analysis, support business units with results interpretation, analyze branch/region reports, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and AML/BSA requirements.

Lead development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategy for the bank, overseeing digital and traditional channels, brand management, vendor and event coordination, community engagement, team leadership, budget management, and regulatory-compliant communications to support growth and revenue goals.

Develop and manage relationships with small business clients through proactive prospecting and consultative selling. Recommend deposit, credit, merchant, and treasury solutions; manage a portfolio and contribute to branch sales goals. Ensure documentation, BSA/CIP/OFAC/AML compliance, and internal controls; collaborate with internal product teams and support branch operations.

Perform as the bank mascot "Cowboy Cash" at community, bank, and sporting events in San Antonio. Adopt mascot persona, engage the public, attend scheduled trainings, follow bank policies and regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC/AML), and assist with event setup and equipment handling.

Perform in-depth system testing and support for FID, document system changes, assist with technical reports and special projects, recommend controls and process improvements, and maintain compliance with banking regulations (BSA/OFAC/CIP/AML).

Conduct transaction and account analysis to identify suspicious activity and ensure BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. Prepare CTRs, perform CDD/ECDD, document findings, liaise with branches, and maintain regulatory and policy adherence while participating in training.

Sell and service commercial, personal, life, and benefits insurance accounts by prospecting, quoting, and presenting proposals; complete applications, bind policies, maintain client relationships, meet sales objectives, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and BSA/OFAC/AML requirements.
