Supports the Bank President with daily administrative activities, executive and board liaison responsibilities, scheduling, events, and confidential information. Manages deposit and loan portfolios, opens accounts, processes loans, handles account maintenance, and resolves customer requests. Coordinates meetings and deliveries, manages employee suggestions, provides customer service, and complies with banking regulations, risk controls, BSA, OFAC, CIP, and AML requirements.

Administers and maintains on-premises, cloud, and hybrid database platforms supporting banking applications, analytics, data warehouses, and business intelligence systems. Responsibilities include database installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, security, access management, backup and recovery, restoration testing, troubleshooting, migrations, upgrades, documentation, and incident response. The role also collaborates with vendors, application owners, and IT leadership while supporting compliance and after-hours maintenance activities.

Develops and grows commercial banking relationships, manages a $25M–$54M commercial loan portfolio, generates new business, and structures credit and deposit products. Oversees loan preparation and approval processes, cross-sells banking services, maintains regulatory compliance, and manages, coaches, and evaluates lending staff. Requires strong credit analysis, sales, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Develops commercial banking business, grows loan portfolios, and retains and deepens customer relationships. Structures and presents credit and deposit products, negotiates lending terms, oversees loan package preparation, and facilitates credit approvals. Cross-sells banking services, supports banking center goals, and manages, coaches, and evaluates reporting staff. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, risk controls, BSA, OFAC, CIP, and AML requirements.

Identifies business intelligence and reporting needs, gathers requirements, develops business requirements, analyzes business processes and data, and supports dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data warehouse strategy. Ensures data quality, maintains metadata and data dictionaries, researches business problems, and presents findings. The role also trains clients on analytical tools and complies with banking regulations, risk controls, and internal policies.

Leads the bank’s enterprise data strategy, Azure and Microsoft Fabric implementation, cloud migrations, data governance, advanced analytics, and integrations. Oversees data platform architecture, security, compliance, vendor costs, and modernization of legacy banking systems. Builds and mentors data and business intelligence teams, partners with senior leaders, drives data adoption, and ensures adherence to banking regulations and internal controls.

Provides technical and audio/video support to executives, Board members, employees, and meeting organizers. Sets up, monitors, and troubleshoots conference room and video conferencing equipment, hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manages support tickets, documentation, user follow-up, equipment maintenance, and onsite support for high-priority meetings and events. Coordinates with technology teams, Facilities, vendors, and other departments while protecting confidential information.

Assists the Financial Intelligence Department with BSA, AML, OFAC, anti-fraud, and customer due diligence compliance. Reviews banking documentation and transactions, investigates suspicious activity, conducts customer research, prepares supporting evidence, processes Currency Transaction Reports, performs quality control reviews, and communicates with branch and business-line staff. Maintains regulatory knowledge, follows bank policies, and supports timely, accurate investigations and compliance documentation.

Reviews new and revised bank account documentation for compliance with federal and state regulations. Supports banking center staff, corrects account and customer information records, verifies debit card applications and orders, reviews online accounts, and confirms CD interest check processing. Maintains knowledge of BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act, CIP, AML, internal controls, privacy requirements, and loss-prevention procedures.

Manage HMDA and CRA LAR reporting, track hazard/windstorm/flood insurance, reconcile force-placed policies, update loan systems (nCino, Silverlake, Centrax), generate regulatory reports, respond to audits, and support loan administration tasks to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather, analyze, document requirements, build use cases, support testing, and identify technology solutions that meet banking and regulatory needs.

Performs as the bank mascot at community, bank, and sporting events—engaging the public, representing brand personality, and supporting marketing initiatives. Requires event attendance (including evenings, weekends, and specific game nights), participation in training, adherence to bank policies and regulatory controls, and occasional lifting and equipment setup.

Sell and service commercial, personal, life, and benefits insurance accounts by prospecting, quoting, and presenting proposals; complete applications, bind policies, maintain client relationships, meet sales objectives, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and BSA/OFAC/AML requirements.

Perform as the bank mascot "Cowboy Cash" at community, bank, and sporting events in San Antonio. Adopt mascot persona, engage the public, attend scheduled trainings, follow bank policies and regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC/AML), and assist with event setup and equipment handling.
