Serves as the primary technical advisor and platform architect for enterprise EMEA accounts. Configures workflows and data architectures, drives platform adoption, advises customers on GRC maturity and AI capabilities, tracks portfolio health, forecasts renewals and churn risk, and supports retention and expansion. Applies European regulatory expertise across GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. Partners with Sales and Solutions Engineering while mentoring junior team members.

Leads and coaches Customer Success Managers across the U.S. and U.K., overseeing enterprise renewals, retention, expansion, forecasting, and churn mitigation. Supports escalations, executive account engagement, customer value realization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services. Develops customer success playbooks, drives AI adoption, aligns team goals, and participates in hiring, performance management, and career development. Requires up to 50% travel and hybrid availability in Chicago or Bellevue.

Develop and execute territory plans for large enterprise accounts across the Pacific Northwest and Canada. Generate pipeline through prospecting, partnerships, social outreach, email, and phone calls. Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery and demonstrations through proposal, negotiation, and close. Advise customers on platform use cases, build lasting relationships, advocate for customer needs, and refine sales processes using Salesforce and sales enablement tools.

Serve as a pre-sales technical expert by conducting discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept builds. Configure LogicGate’s no-code GRC platform, advise prospects on risk and compliance solutions, support webinars and content creation, provide product feedback, and coordinate customer handoffs. Manage the full technical sales cycle while collaborating with account executives, Customer Success, and implementation teams.

Owns LogicGate’s strategic partner ecosystem across consulting firms, resellers, and advisory partners. The role builds partner programs, generates partner-sourced pipeline, supports co-selling with account executives, removes cross-functional roadblocks, develops MSP offerings and pricing, manages alliance activity in Salesforce, and helps establish international partner ecosystems. Success requires strong commercial judgment, relationship management, urgency, problem-solving, and experience operating in a SaaS environment.

Own strategic finance and FP&A support for the go-to-market organization. Responsibilities include forecasting bookings, revenue, pipeline, headcount, compensation, and marketing spend; managing budgets and scenario analyses; leading GTM reporting and month-end close; defining SaaS metrics; analyzing sales productivity, marketing efficiency, churn, retention, pricing, and deal economics; and advising executive leadership on resource allocation and growth strategy.

Lead LogicGate’s enterprise IT governance, risk, and compliance programs as a subject matter expert and advisor. Own third-party risk management, audit readiness, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, security policies, customer security inquiries, and cross-functional risk guidance. Deploy AI and automation to streamline evidence collection and vendor assessments, while advising executives on emerging regulations, cybersecurity risks, and GRC best practices.

Leads LogicGate’s internal cybersecurity organization and enterprise security program as Deputy CISO. Owns security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, security architecture, governance, vendor risk, security awareness, and SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and FedRAMP readiness. Partners with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations, represents security in enterprise customer engagements, communicates risks to executives and auditors, and applies AI and automation to improve threat detection and operational efficiency.

Build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents to automate internal processes across departments. Identify high-value automation opportunities, optimize operational workflows, create reusable documentation and enablement resources, measure business impact, and help establish safe AI governance standards. The role requires cross-functional consulting, stakeholder management, process analysis, and practical experience with low-code platforms, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.

Own and build LogicGate’s procurement function, including vendor negotiations, contract renewals, cloud and AI spend management, software license utilization, procurement intake, vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice matching, and executive spend reporting. Partner with the CFO, senior leaders, Legal, InfoSec, and other teams to reduce costs, manage risk, and establish scalable procurement processes.

Develop and execute territory plans for large enterprise accounts, generate pipeline through prospecting and partnerships, and manage opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close. Advise customers on GRC platform use cases, collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product teams, build long-term relationships, and use Salesforce and sales technology to measure and improve performance.

Own the architectural foundation and user experience of LogicGate’s enterprise Risk Cloud platform. Design scalable TypeScript and Angular components, implement comprehensive automated testing, integrate AI capabilities, optimize performance and accessibility, monitor applications with observability tools, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams in an Agile environment while documenting technical standards and specifications.

Supports custom customer engagements by configuring Risk Cloud applications and workflows, documenting requirements, tracking project time, communicating project status, and participating in customer-facing working sessions. Uses AI tools to streamline documentation and meeting summaries, develops GRC and compliance expertise, and completes platform certifications. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical aptitude, and flexibility to travel for customer and team engagements.

Build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, data layers, tests, and microservices for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include debugging distributed production systems, managing PostgreSQL and advanced data stores, documenting APIs and data models, participating in Agile development and code reviews, and owning a platform domain. The role requires Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, API design, database optimization, monitoring, security tooling, and AI-assisted development. Preferred experience includes Go, Neo4j, RabbitMQ, Redis, multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven systems, microservices, and containerization.

Build and scale automated testing frameworks, end-to-end regression suites, API and integration tests, and test data infrastructure for a SaaS platform. Diagnose distributed-system failures using logs, API data, Datadog, and AI tools. Define QA standards, document test strategies, participate in Agile delivery and code reviews, and mentor QA analysts in automation practices.

Lead end-to-end design for enterprise SaaS features in the Risk Cloud platform. Craft complex, data-dense user journeys and AI-assisted interactions, evolve the design system, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and partner closely with Product and Engineering. Mentor mid- and junior designers and drive design strategy, discovery, and delivery to improve usability and product outcomes.

Own end-to-end complex Professional Services engagements: discovery, architecture, and advanced Risk Cloud configuration. Provide strategic GRC advisory, leverage AI-assisted workflows, manage project/account health, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer value and ROI.
