Teams at LogicGate

Leads and coaches a global Customer Success team while owning renewal, retention, expansion, forecasting, and churn mitigation. Supports strategic enterprise accounts, escalations, executive engagements, and cross-functional customer handoffs. Develops playbooks, reinforces performance goals, advocates AI adoption, and contributes to hiring and talent development. The role requires up to 50% travel and experience serving enterprise B2B SaaS customers in risk, compliance, or security environments.

Manages a portfolio of enterprise customers as a post-implementation technical expert and GRC advisor. Responsibilities include platform configuration, workflow routing, data imports, adoption and success-plan tracking, escalation management, customer milestone coordination, Salesforce administration, expansion opportunity identification, and advising customers on generative AI and automation capabilities. The role partners with Services, Implementation, and Account Executive teams and supports hybrid collaboration from Bellevue, Washington.

Generates qualified meetings through outbound calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead qualification. Researches target accounts, manages CRM pipelines, partners with Account Executives, and uses AI and sales automation tools to improve prospecting. The role requires developing enterprise SaaS sales capabilities, learning GRC concepts, participating in coaching, and working three days per week from LogicGate’s Chicago headquarters.
